The process is peaceful and gentle. We begin by explaining each step so you know exactly what to expect. Your pet will first be given a calming sedative to help them relax. Once they are comfortable, the final medication is administered, allowing them to pass quietly and without pain, surrounded by love.

Some pet insurance options cover home euthanasia. We are more than happy to provide clinical documentation requested by insurers.
We charge an additional £30 for visits in the evenings, bank holidays or weekends. We also charge £30 for travel outside a 40 minute drive from Lewisham, London

We offer respectful aftercare services, including both communal and private cremation. Families may also choose keepsakes such as paw prints, fur clippings, or personalized memorial items to treasure their pet’s memory.
We do undertake quality of life checks for £150. These can be a standalone booking with our experienced vet who will help you decide on when the best time to say goodbye is.
You have to make the right decision for you and your family. If we have attended your home and then you change your mind we will refund your fee minus a Quality of Life Assessment fee of £150
